In 2013 I traveled to El Chaltén, Patagonia, Argentina to alpine climb in one of the world's premier mountain destinations.  Few places on earth feature such stunning and recognizable landscapes as that of the Torre and Fitz Roy Massifs that rise about the small town of El Chaltén.  Never have I had so much fun climbing in the mountains.  See my story, Patience and the Dragon: Fitz Roy that was featured in Alpinist Online.  Below is a collection of photos from the entire trip featuring a new route, Besos to Pesos, on Aguja De L'S with Jonathan Schaffer, the second ascent of A Fine Piece with Planet Kauffman, a birthday stroll up Aguja Gullamet and finally the single push effort on the east face of Fitz Roy with Cheyne Lempe.  It was a good season.
